Dylan Hoare

I was born and raised in Barrie. I completed three years of an undergraduate degree at the University of Toronto before proceeding to medical school at Queen's University. I then moved out west to pursue my Urology training. I completed a fellowship at the University of Alberta to further my expertise in Reconstructive Urology. I am a lifelong Toronto Raptors fan.

Kristi Rugman

I have years of experience as a medical office assistant, helping new clinics launch and establishing administrative systems. I have been with Dr. Hoare from the beginning of his practice and have helped it grow into what it is today. Whether at home or work, I start each day with a smile on my face and willingness to help in anyway I can.

Bill Hoare

I have lived and worked in the Barrie area for nearly four decades. When my son moved back home to start his urology practice, I jumped at the opportunity to  work alongside him. I have applied my years of experience and different perspective to strengthen his practice.

Rose de Guzman Braiter

I have been a registered nurse for 10 years and have experience in various health care settings. I have always been passionate about helping and supporting others and I am excited to be part of a team that provides exceptional care. Each day I hope to make a meaningful difference in people's lives. Outside of work, I enjoy working out, baking and exploring my creative side with digital art and painting.

Cheryl Sabourin

I have been an RPN for nearly 12 years, with extensive experience in Endoscopy, Dermatology, Outpatient Care, Surgery, and Organ Donation. I am deeply committed to patient care and strongly advocate for those in need. I have had the privilege of working alongside Dr. Hoare at Royal Victoria Regional Health Centre (RVH) and now within his practice, which has been both an honor and a valuable learning experience. A lifelong learner, I strive to expand my knowledge and skills every day. Outside of my professional life, I cherish spending time with my fiancé and our son.
