Best medical experience of my life, relaxed yet professional vibe in the waiting room, very friendly staff. Greeted upon arrival and seen by Dr Hoare promptly, high level of knowledge and great personality. Thanks for bringing my faith back in the medical system. I have to admit I was skeptical about proceeding with prostate surgery but the procedure was well explained and what the recovery period would be, so I trusted Dr. Hoare and I couldn't be more satisfied with the outcome. Dr. Hoare and staff were incredibly helpful and supportive. I would also add the nursing staff at the Royal Victoria hospital were awesome in their professional care. All in all, a truly transformational experience.
